Q: Can you offer free samples for testing?
A: Sure. We're glad to provide free samples. You just need to take care of the express delivery cost, which allows us to get the samples to you quickly.
Q: What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ) you set?
A: Our MOQ is 1 x 20ft high cube container, roughly around 150,000 pieces. For regular orders of 40GP/40HQ, production starts 15 - 25 days after we receive a 30% deposit and the approved packaging designs. For the first order with custom private labels, it usually takes 25 - 45 days considering the additional setup time.
Q: Am I allowed to put my own brand on the diapers?
A: Of course. We highly welcome OEM orders. There will be some extra costs for branding customization, such as label design and printing. Once you share your branding plan with us, we can work out a comprehensive OEM cost estimate for you.
