Q: Is it possible to get complimentary samples?
A: Sure thing. Complimentary samples can be provided. However, you'll need to cover the shipping cost.
Q: What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is equivalent to the capacity of 1 x 20ft container, roughly 150,000 pieces. For orders using 20GP/40HQ containers, the production time is 15 - 25 days after receiving a 30% down payment and the approved packaging designs. For the initial order with custom branding, it may take 35 - 45 days.
Q: Can I attach my own brand label?
A: Absolutely. We wholeheartedly welcome OEM orders. Please note that there will be extra charges for this service. An OEM cost estimate can be furnished based on the branding plan you submit.
